As the site representative, the employee will manage repair and renewal work for equipment and electrical facilities. Responsibilities include construction management, cost management, preparation of safety documents and other materials, coordination with contractors and customers, equipment inspection and investigation, commissioning adjustments, and explaining equipment operation to customers. The role also includes preparing budgets, handling bids, issuing purchasing specifications, proposal-based sales, and technical responses.
Required qualifications include a regular driver’s license and at least one of the following: construction management experience in any field; a construction management engineer qualification in civil engineering, piping, or electrical work; graduation from a mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or other engineering program; or knowledge of water treatment. Experience with pump or piping work and a supervising engineer qualification for machinery and equipment installation are preferred.
The team consists of 29 members, including four women, with members in their 20s through their 50s and older. Business trips cover the Kanto and Koshinetsu areas, including Niigata and Shizuoka, generally lasting from several days to several weeks and occurring about two or three times per month. Nearby assignments may be day trips.
