Experience managing publicly ordered construction projects, experience maintaining water and wastewater facilities, a construction management engineer qualification in piping, electrical or civil engineering, or a supervising or chief engineer qualification for machinery and equipment installation is welcomed.
The position is a regular employee role with a monthly salary of 235,000 to 385,000 yen plus full overtime pay and other allowances. The expected annual salary is 4.5 million to 7.7 million yen, including overtime, subject to experience and selection. The probationary period is six months with no change in pay or treatment. Working hours are 8:30 to 17:15 with a 45-minute break. Flextime arrival options are available through nine selectable schedules. The headquarters uses a free-address office and encourages working from home after the employee becomes accustomed to the work.
The position is based at the Tokyo headquarters in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Transfer is not expected immediately, but may occur because the position is hired as a general-track employee.
