Preferred capabilities include business communication skills in facilitation, presentation, and negotiation, logical thinking, delivery experience in AI, DX, data utilization, or other digital projects, consulting experience at a strategy or organizational-development consulting firm, and experience in talent and organizational development in a digital function at an operating company.
The position works in collaboration with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and project managers on client engagements. The company provides AI software, AI and DX workforce and organizational development services, and AI strategy support for corporate clients.
This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probationary period from the start date; compensation and benefits do not change during probation. Annual compensation is determined based on experience, capabilities, and previous salary, with performance-based bonuses paid twice yearly. Working hours follow a super-flextime system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core time and eight scheduled hours per day. Remote work is available. The office is in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
