The role also handles account provisioning, changes, deletion and reviews; employee onboarding and offboarding; SaaS license administration; PC setup; organizational changes to file-server access and mailing lists; workflow requests; procurement, distribution, management and disposal of PCs and smartphones; user inquiries and issue resolution; security patching for operating systems and browsers; and vulnerability response for PCs. The position may also support preparations for the company’s digital banking business.
The environment includes Cisco Meraki and FortiGate for office networking; Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Slack Enterprise Grid and Zoom Enterprise; Microsoft Entra ID; Microsoft 365 E5, including Intune and Defender for Endpoint; Jamf Pro and Connect; MaLion; Netskope; and Keeper. The managed device environment includes approximately 350 Windows computers, 200 Macs and 100 iPhones. Required experience includes at least two years in corporate IT, operating and managing cloud services, identifying and improving inefficient operational bottlenecks, improving productivity, and explaining facts logically and, where possible, quantitatively. The position is a full-time employee role in Shinagawa, Tokyo, with annual compensation of JPY 6,000,000 to JPY 11,500,000 paid in 12 monthly installments.
