DX and Business Reform Consultant, BPR Promotion Lead

This role analyzes business challenges for client companies and develops BPR concepts. The consultant leads DX and business reform projects as a project manager or PMO, builds agreement among executives, operational teams and IT departments, coordinates reforms involving multiple departments, supports proposal activities, and plans new services.

Required experience includes at least one of the following: BPR or business reform projects, internal DX promotion, project leadership involving multiple departments or stakeholders, supply chain management reform, or business reform in manufacturing. Preferred experience includes business, DX or IT consulting and SAP or ERP implementation. The role seeks candidates who can personally drive change, produce results by involving stakeholders, act independently in uncertain environments, and take an interest in creating businesses.

The position belongs to the Service Management Department within the Field Solutions Company. The organization provides one-stop products, systems and services suited to the operational needs of government and corporate customers. The department provides BPO services for Panasonic's B2B business, covering areas such as construction, installation, maintenance and operations, and works on large BPO projects for corporate and public-sector organizations. Its scope includes investigating customer operations, transforming business processes and changing organizational management, with both BPR and BPO activities.

The role can participate in projects from initial planning through execution and establishment, use Panasonic Group resources, help create BPR services, and contribute to a business in its launch phase. The organization was established in April 2023. Remote work is permitted, with attendance generally required three to four days per week. Projects may require business trips to sites across Japan, including stays at hotels near project locations.

Working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a standard working time of 7 hours and 45 minutes. A flextime system without core hours is available, and overtime may occur. The position is a full-time regular employee role with a trial period of approximately three months from the date of joining. Annual holidays are approximately 126 days, with paid leave and additional leave systems.
