Gaudiy, an entertainment/technology/finance group building toward a "fan nation" vision (running MyAnimeList, the Gaudiy Fanlink fan-community platform, and Gaudiy Financial Labs Web3 finance; funded by Sony, Bandai Namco, Shochiku, Toei Animation, Toho), is hiring a Corporate IT lead as it transitions to a holdings structure. Amid PMI (IT integration), Generative AI/LLM-agent and Web3 adoption, network-foundation building and information security, Corporate IT faces a major turning point. You would lead the team, build holdings-wide IT governance and AI-ready infrastructure, and create a productive environment group-wide. Work: building the Corporate IT structure for the holdings; group IT governance; driving group-company PMI (IT integration); certification projects such as ISMS; redesigning ID-management and device-provisioning flows for on/offboarding; external-vendor selection and control; office-network build and management; global/security measures with the Cyber Security Manager; and building AI-ready infrastructure and governance. The Corporate IT team currently has three members plus vendors, and this role leads it. Business-level Japanese is expected. Full-time, based in Tokyo (Sendagaya).
