About this role

Develop and plan IT products related to corporate internet banking, cash management services (CMS), and payment solutions. The role also covers planning and developing products that help client companies transform business processes, including paperless accounting operations.

The e-Business Sales Department provides corporate internet banking and specialized web services. Its solutions are intended to improve clients' operational efficiency and strengthen governance. Engineers plan continuous service improvements through the upstream stages and carry them through release, supporting service enhancement in the domestic payments market.

For the regular engineer track, responsibilities include providing technical support for requirements, system design, frontend or backend development, and researching and introducing new technologies and trends. For prospective technical leaders, additional responsibilities include building the engineering team, establishing its structure, developing team members, selecting technologies, and reviewing source code.

Required experience for the regular track includes frontend development using React, Next.js, or SPA development, or backend development involving API design and implementation with TypeScript or Python and database design. Experience as an engineer on system development projects is also required. The prospective technical leader track requires at least three years of web service development experience, project management experience, experience as a team leader or manager, and experience negotiating with clients. Experience developing services for businesses, working at an SIer or development vendor, agile development experience, and experience introducing new technologies are welcomed.

Service development is currently organized into two teams with about 50 members in total, divided into groups of approximately five. Small services may be handled independently, while larger services are developed collaboratively. Sales and a call center are in the same department, allowing customer feedback to be reflected directly in service development. Stated career paths include moving from development work on a large service to continuous improvement of a smaller service and then leading and managing members as the service expands, or eventually taking responsibility for a service overseas.
