Marui Group is recruiting cybersecurity project managers and leaders to protect customer data and other information assets across retail and fintech businesses. Work includes risk analysis, security-control planning and implementation, CSIRT threat monitoring and replacement of security products.
Three tracks have different requirements. The member-level track needs at least one year of security work, familiarity with controls such as EDR or SIEM, risk-based planning involvement and team experience. The two-to-three-person lead track needs two years, practical control experience, planning ownership, PL and vendor coordination. The five-to-six-person management track needs two years, specialist incident judgement, risk planning, PM and stakeholder coordination.
PCI DSS, zero-trust and infrastructure or development experience are preferred. Remote-work support is listed; standard hours are10:00–18:45.
