Data and AI Specialist

This position works with DeNA’s company-wide and business-unit data analysis organizations. Responsibilities may vary according to prior experience and can include promoting company-wide data-use initiatives based on DeNA Account Service’s common ID, systematizing data use, and advancing an AI-enabled analysis platform.

Within game, sports and smart-city, healthcare, or medical businesses, the role may support business operations through data analysis. It may use personal health record (PHR) data for new-business development and service improvement, promote CRM, conduct analysis for business growth, formulate strategy, and advance related projects. Some assignments may involve working at a subsidiary.

The role applies current AI technologies and data-use methods to business operations and products, with an emphasis on converting analysis into practical business outcomes. It includes discussing insights from data with business leaders and carrying initiatives through to implementation.

Work locations include DeNA’s Shibuya head-office site in Tokyo, the Yokohama Arai Building office, and the Yokohama BASEGATE office. The posting also permits remote work from home or an equivalent location approved by the company. The scope may change to company-designated workplaces, including remote-work locations. Indoor smoking is prohibited at the listed offices, although designated indoor smoking areas are available.
