QA Leader

The QA Leader manages a QA team of approximately 10 people under a QA Manager. The team handles verification across multiple services and product titles, primarily in entertainment areas outside games, communities, and new services. Responsibilities include test management and communication with external verification partners.

The role develops and drives overall testing strategies, standardizes and improves verification work, and analyzes costs, effort, and defects to identify quality improvements. It provides feedback to planning and development teams, customer support, and other related departments, and promotes activities that improve development quality. The role also helps incorporate customer feedback into development and QA testing.

A central responsibility is establishing an AI-native verification process to improve testing efficiency and reduce QA costs. The QA Leader uses quality metrics for quantitative decisions and assesses project conditions qualitatively, then prepares quality reports and retrospectives.

The position supports quality improvement for services and products across varied business domains while providing team leadership and management experience. It involves close collaboration between business or development divisions and the QA team, as well as coordination with customer support to use user feedback in quality improvements. The initial work locations include the Shibuya office in Tokyo, the Yokohama Arai Building office, or the Yokohama BASEGATE office.
