Applicants must be able to work with stakeholders inside and outside the department to achieve results as a team, demonstrate flexible and positive thinking toward innovation, and have at least seven years of professional experience. In addition, applicants must meet one of the following: practical experience at an SIer or similar organization with implementation experience or a strong interest in AI, Web3 or quantum computing; experience as a data scientist involved in data analysis or service development; or strong interest and willingness to learn these technologies without prior practical experience. Project management experience of at least two years is considered advantageous in the relevant cases.

Knowledge or practical experience in digital transformation and project management experience are welcomed. A degree related to AI, Web3 or quantum computing is desirable.

This is a full-time regular employee position in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Working hours are 8:40–17:10 with a one-hour break. Holidays include a five-day workweek schedule with Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and year-end and New Year holidays off. Paid leave is 17–23 days, prorated for mid-year hires, with hourly paid leave, nursing leave, and maternity and childcare leave systems.
