Information Security Officer

ExaWizards is hiring an Information Security Officer to join its security team, which keeps the AI and ICT services it provides trustworthy for customers who entrust data to the company. The team is being strengthened to support the growth of its AI products and platform business and to deal with new security issues that arise as AI is used more widely.

The officer works as a team member on operating the company's information security management system (ISMS), runs risk-reduction projects for internal infrastructure, helps build product-security practices, and handles other security-related work. The job does not involve direct development or operations, but it includes checking and auditing management consoles and data across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure and GCP, and tools such as EDR, CASB, Datadog and SIEM, plus LLM and SaaS products.

Applicants need an understanding of basic IT terms and system architecture, an interest in raising security awareness and compliance, and native-level Japanese. Experience operating customer-facing systems, basic IT-engineer knowledge of OS, network and databases, knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2, personal-data protection, IaaS and SaaS, and English are preferred.
