IT Planning Systems Risk Specialist

The role is assigned to the IT and Systems Planning Department, Systems Risk Management Office. Responsibilities cover system risk management across IT oversight, end-user computing (EUC) and cloud environments.

The position conducts risk assessments for systems and supports the development of controls relating to EUC management, cloud evaluations and robotic process automation (RPA).

Required experience includes practical work in system risk management or information security, as well as experience in system development and operations. Applicants must have knowledge of IT development and operations. Knowledge of information security measures is welcome, and information-processing or CISA qualifications are also welcomed.

The position is based at the Harumi Office in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is a permanent employee position with a six-month probationary period and the same salary during probation. Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7 hours 30 minutes of scheduled work and a 60-minute break. Flextime may apply depending on the department. Overtime and holiday work may be required.

The monthly base salary starts at JPY 340,000 and is discussed based on experience, ability and suitability. Commuting expenses are fully covered according to company rules, and lunch subsidies may be provided. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and specified year-end and New Year holidays, with 21 days of annual paid leave subject to the first-year hiring month.
