About this role

This full-time role is part of an FDE organization within an AI consulting business focused on advertising and marketing. The consultant is stationed with a client’s advertising or marketing department, learns its marketing processes, and leads the work from requirements definition through implementation and creation of business results. The role initially works with partner sales and acts as a close adviser to the client’s decision-makers.

Responsibilities include separating the client’s marketing activities into core and non-core work, identifying opportunities for AI adoption, and defining requirements for an organization-specific AI agent. The consultant leads implementation design and project management for AI agents covering data, research, strategy, creative, advertising operations support, and reporting. These agents are adapted to the client’s data infrastructure and business processes. Stakeholder management includes supporting the client’s CMO and other decision-makers, explaining the project internally, obtaining approvals, and working through security reviews. The position may eventually lead the company’s FDE organization and manage organizational AI transformation across multiple companies.

Applicants must have a four-year university degree or higher and approximately three to five years of practical project management experience, or closely related experience. Relevant experience includes requirements definition, project progress management, coordinating participants, and delivering results while involving multiple internal or external stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work alongside clients, think independently, make proposals, and drive initiatives in an on-site client environment.

Welcome experience includes work in an advertiser’s or marketing department, an advertising agency or support company, a consulting firm, or strategy, DX, or IT functions at an operating company. Experience planning or driving advertising or CRM projects, promoting the construction or use of enterprise data platforms such as CDPs, knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data analysis, and business use of generative AI tools are also welcomed. Experience using coding agents to build applications or web services, initiating and driving projects, or working on assignment at an external company is additionally welcomed.

Working hours are 10:00–19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break. Overtime is available; the stated fixed-overtime equivalent is 80 hours per month plus 46 hours of late-night work, and average overtime is 30 hours per month.

Annual compensation is ¥5.04 million to ¥10.008 million, with a monthly salary range of ¥420,000 to ¥834,000 and an annual salary system. Commuting expenses are paid separately for a one-month commuter pass, and compensation reviews are held twice a year.
