MeetsMore’s Foundation team improves developer experience, software quality, tooling and delivery speed. It builds platforms for critical functions such as search and identity, refactors key code for performance and maintainability, and addresses engineering-culture issues through practical tools. The development-focused team works closely with a separate SRE group but is not an SRE team. The manager identifies organization-wide improvements and leads delivery.
