Senior Product Manager

This position is a Senior Product Manager for Pococha, DeNA’s live-streaming community service. Established in 2017, Pococha focuses on connections between users through live streaming and on creating a community where people can be themselves.

The role leads the formulation and execution of Pococha’s product strategy as a member of the service’s core development group. Responsibilities include planning new features within Pococha and leading projects from development through implementation. The position also covers creating the product roadmap and setting product priorities.

The Senior Product Manager manages a cross-functional team that includes designers, engineers and data analysts. The role involves project management for development initiatives and close coordination with design, engineering, marketing and operations teams. It also requires working with related departments and stakeholders to coordinate activities and build agreement.

The listed work locations are DeNA’s Shibuya office in Tokyo, the Yokohama Arai Building office, and the Yokohama BASEGATE office. Remote work may be performed from the employee’s home or another company-approved equivalent location. The scope of possible work locations includes company-designated business sites, including places used for remote work. The listed offices are described as indoor non-smoking environments with indoor smoking-permitted areas available.
