Product Manager

This Product Manager role covers an existing or new product, with the assigned team decided during the interview process. Responsibilities include defining a service vision, strategy and OKRs while considering business value; planning ongoing initiatives and roadmaps for business growth; researching market and industry trends to identify needs; preparing development requirements; designing the user experience; establishing and analyzing effective KPIs for both the service and the business; and tracking development progress and technical issues to determine appropriate responses.

The role is part of a multi-product organization. Products named in the posting include Musubi, a cloud-based electronic medication-record and medication-guidance system; Pocket Musubi, a medication contact-book application; Musubi Insight, a pharmacy data platform supporting pharmacy management; and Musubi AI Inventory Management, a pharmaceutical ordering and inventory-management system. Additional services have been added through mergers and acquisitions as the organization advances its multi-product strategy.

Fewer than 20 Product Managers across the company work on existing products, multiple new products, updates to products using generative AI, cross-product account management and authentication, and the data platform. The specific assignment is determined during the interview process.

The stated selection process consists of document screening, a casual interview, two or three interviews, an aptitude test, a reference check, and an offer meeting. The reference check uses back check and collects information about the candidate in questionnaire form from people who worked with the candidate in a current or previous role.
