Senior Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer

This senior computer vision and machine learning role sits within the Digital Twin Platform team, part of Woven City's Social Infrastructure/Common Platform group. The team develops software that lets product and business teams test ideas in virtual environments and supports analysis based on operational data and simulations from the city. The role applies computer vision to real-world industrial environments such as logistics hubs, delivery centers, and factories.

The engineer designs, trains, and optimizes deep-learning models for object detection, multi-object tracking, classification, and activity recognition. Responsibilities include building and operating real-time inference pipelines and analytics systems, leading dataset and annotation strategy, defining evaluation and experiments, and shaping the architecture and roadmap of CV/ML systems. The role also includes technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring engineers.

Applicants need a relevant bachelor's degree and seven or more years of CV/ML engineering experience, or a relevant doctorate with at least five years of applied experience. Required experience includes model design, training and hyperparameter tuning with PyTorch or TensorFlow, leading scalable perception pipelines, operating complex CV/ML systems in production, making architectural decisions, and understanding camera calibration and 3D reconstruction fundamentals.
