Senior PC and Device Management Specialist / Lead

This role manages company PCs and mobile devices across their full lifecycle, including procurement, cost processing, operational management, and disposal. Responsibilities include planning, testing, applying, and verifying Windows and macOS updates and patches.

The role also builds and operates security software and PC management tools such as MDM and EPP. It handles IT-related inquiries from employees, escalates matters to the appropriate departments, and creates and updates FAQs for employees.

Additional responsibilities include contract management, negotiations with vendors, and measuring and improving operational KPIs such as inquiry handling time and PC lead time.

The work concerns internal IT services and the management of employee devices.
