Senior Technical Program Manager, Active Learning Loop

Based in AD/ADAS program management, the role leads the Active Learning Loop (ALL), connecting data pipelines, ML training, simulation, validation and deployment to improve the autonomous-driving stack. It manages programs across data infrastructure, cloud and ML platforms; sets requirements and success measures; maintains sprint-to-annual plans and feature-readiness and validation gates; and resolves dependencies with ML and data engineering leadership. It also improves workflows and program operations and supports cloud-cost optimization and compute procurement. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related technical field; 4+ years of project or program management in software, automotive, aerospace, robotics or mobility; and familiarity with ML development, such as data pipelines, training, simulation or offline validation. Applicants also need a record of delivering large cross-functional programs, experience leading technical work in ambiguous distributed settings, and experience establishing program operations and decision-making structures.
