This senior data analyst is a core member of the business intelligence team supporting DeNA’s Pococha live community business. The role works closely with assigned areas of the service, including product development, marketing, and business strategy, and partners with product managers and business team members to support decisions through analysis.
Responsibilities cover the full analysis cycle for product and marketing initiatives. This includes estimating business impact, measuring initiative effectiveness, designing A/B tests, and providing analysis that supports business decisions. The analyst also explores issues in liver and listener behavior data, develops hypotheses, proposes improvements, and uses data to help create business value and improve the user experience.
The role designs KPIs for each area or initiative and designs and operates monitoring dashboards. It also contributes to changing the analysis process through the use of generative AI and AI agents.
The role also permits remote work from home or another location approved by the company, within the company’s designated business locations.
