JMAG is electromagnetic and multiphysics simulation software developed and sold by JSOL Corporation. Engineers and researchers use it to model motors, transformers, actuators, sensors and other electrical devices for automotive, industrial, appliance, power and academic applications.
The core JMAG-Designer product provides finite-element analysis across electromagnetic, thermal and structural domains. JMAG-Express supports rapid motor design, while JMAG-RT creates plant models for system and hardware-in-the-loop simulation. JSOL sells commercial software licenses and provides support and training through a distributor network; selected online tools and viewers are free.
