Kanro manufactures hard candies, gummies and healthy snacks. Its main brands include Kanro Ame, Kin no Milk, Kenko Nodoame, Sugar-Free, Puré Gummy and Candemina; in 2025, hard candies brought in ¥17,099 million and gummies ¥16,860 million of total sales of ¥34,771 million. It is working to expand sales in the United States and in Asia.
The company runs its own HITOTUBU KANRO shops and pop-up stores, selling products such as Gummi-tzels and mofuwa, and the Kanro POCKeT online store. Production takes place at plants in Hikari, Yamaguchi and in Matsumoto and Asahi, Nagano. Its head office is in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, and it had 705 employees as of December 31, 2025.
