Sider was a developer-tools company spun out of Fixstars in 2019. Its SaaS connected with GitHub pull requests to automate code review, identify vulnerabilities and exposed credentials, and assess source-code quality for software developers and engineering teams. Paid access was licensed per user, with plans starting at ¥1,500 per user per month in 2021.
The company also developed Siderscan, which analyzed duplicated code and highlighted missed changes that could introduce bugs. Version 4.0 added faster analysis, risk-based alerts and a web interface for team tracking. Fixstars’ FY2025 results list Sider as removed from consolidation; current product and corporate operating status is not officially clarified.
