SODA is a Tokyo-based company that plans, develops and operates SNKRDUNK, a consumer marketplace for sneakers, apparel, trading cards, games, bags and other collectibles. Sellers send transacted items to the company for authentication before approved products are forwarded to buyers.
SNKRDUNK also runs retail stores, a buyback service and SNKRDUNK Biz plans for business buyers and sellers. Sellers pay a sales commission when a transaction completes, buyers pay payment-method fees, and sellers cover shipping to the company's SNKRDUNK Base warehouse. The company says the platform has more than six million users per month.
