SyntheticGestalt is a Tokyo-based molecular AI company serving pharmaceutical, chemical, materials, agrochemical, cosmetics and food R&D teams. Its enterprise products include ZAO, which represents molecular structures for property and activity prediction, and KOYA, which designs candidate molecules against target proteins.
The models support early discovery work from compound screening and profiling through lead design and optimization. SyntheticGestalt offers ZAO and KOYA to enterprises with individually negotiated pricing and also conducts collaborative research. ZAO was trained using roughly 10 billion molecular conformers generated with NVIDIA technology, while both models integrate with NVIDIA’s BioNeMo Agent Toolkit.
