Tellus You Care developed contact-free monitoring technology for elder care. Its wall-mounted radar sensors, cloud software and machine learning measured movement, sleep, falls, breathing and heart rate without cameras or wearables, providing care staff and families with alerts and trend data. Its POM device extended the approach to older adults living at home.
The business served senior-living and care facilities through device sales and recurring software access, while POM paired hardware sales with an optional app subscription. The Japanese legal entity completed liquidation and closed its registry on July 26, 2024, and the former corporate domain no longer hosts the company’s website.
