Manufacturing software · AI workspace · 3D documentation · Shibuya, Tokyo

Scene Inc., founded in December 2019 in Tokyo, plans, develops and operates Scene Workspace, an AI platform supporting product development in manufacturing. The workspace lets design, production-engineering and manufacturing teams collaborate on the same information, and uses AI to draft technical documents, review designs, create assembly processes and instructions, and search past design assets and know-how.

In June 2026 the company released a beta feature, co-developed with DENSO's tooling division, that generates assembly processes and assembly instructions from 3D CAD data. Customers named on its site include Seiko Epson, DENSO, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Suzuki. Its major external investors are CyberAgent Capital, GREE Ventures and East Ventures.
