Woodstock is a Tokyo fintech company and registered financial instruments intermediary. Its app lets individuals trade U.S. stocks and ETFs 24/5, including fractional shares, and provides real-time charts, market information and portfolio tools. Securities accounts and customer assets are handled through affiliated broker AlpacaJapan.

The company currently charges no trading, foreign-exchange, account-maintenance or withdrawal fees, and does not disclose revenue. It says future premium services may include robo-advice, API access and margin trading. Woodstock MCP, currently free, connects compatible AI tools to market data, portfolio analysis and order workflows.
