Yutaka Foods, based in Taketoyo, Aichi, traces its roots to a sawmill founded in 1919 and moved into miso and soy-sauce production in 1952. Under its own Yutaka brand it makes and sells liquid seasonings and powdered and granulated foods, and it manufactures Maruchan powdered foods, chilled foods and instant noodles under contract.
As an OEM supplier to other food companies it produces soy-sauce-based soups, sauces and stocks as well as powdered, granulated and solid products, taking projects from development and trial batches to production. Liquid products can be filled into paper cartons, PET bottles, glass bottles, pouches and bulk containers.
