About this role

This role leads the human resources strategy needed to improve corporate value over the medium and long term through discussions with the executive team. It defines and builds an appropriate organizational model for the AI era and supports continuous organization and talent development as the company expands through M&A and new businesses.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring the organizational structure, workforce requirements, talent portfolio, and labor-distribution ratio with management. The role develops talent-management policies, operates the personnel evaluation system, and may revise evaluation systems for individual business units over the medium term. It also manages employee performance, proposes medium-term measures related to diversity, equity and inclusion and human capital, and structures company-wide workflows from an HR perspective. AI is used to support continuous productivity improvement in HR operations.

For organizational and talent development, the position establishes development policies for each organizational layer and plans and implements training programs. It conducts organizational surveys, provides feedback, and executes improvement proposals. The role also supports the continuing understanding and adoption of the company’s mission, vision, and values as the organization grows.

Recruiting responsibilities include defining talent requirements and leading hiring activities for both business and engineering functions. The role plans the recruiting budget, selects and executes recruiting channels including direct recruiting, and carries out business-branding initiatives through recruiting communications. It conducts interviews and meetings using company products, analyzes related metrics, and supports onboarding aimed at successful performance after joining.
