The art director sets the world of a project on the basis of user modelling, defines how best to communicate with users, leads the team and creates growth chances for designers, with the aim of leading UX and service design as a whole. The designer works alongside the art director on visual and UI design and widens scope over time. The level is agreed in the interview. Main tools are Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Figma.
