Human-AI Collaboration Architect

JAPAN AI, a Geniee group company, is hiring a Human-AI Collaboration Architect to design trust between people and AI agents on its JAPAN AI STUDIO platform, where agents approve requests, allocate resources and find prospects on their own. Because AI output can be wrong or opaque, whether users feel able to hand work to the AI depends on design: can they see why an agent decided, undo or correct mistakes calmly, and follow what is happening across several SaaS tools.

The architect designs agent experience: dialogue flows and interaction patterns, interfaces showing uncertainty and confidence, undo and correction and permission-granting screens, display of the agent's actions for traceability, human-in-the-loop evaluation and feedback loops, and agent persona and tone. The work also covers user research with interviews, usability tests and A/B tests across about 200 customers, and building a design system for AI products from scratch across JAPAN AI STUDIO, CHAT, SPEECH and AGENT.

Applicants need at least five years of product or UX design, at least one year designing AI or LLM products, conversational-UI design, qualitative and quantitative user research, strong Figma prototyping, information architecture, and fluent Japanese.
