Translation, LQA and Interpretation Staff

About this role

This role joins Team Caravan in Aiming’s Second Division and focuses mainly on translation and localization quality assurance for online game titles. Daily work includes converting Japanese chat messages into English, preparing documents, translating in-game text, and carrying out LQA. Japanese-English interpretation is also required for real-time meetings, generally two to three times per month.

Applicants must have native-level communication ability in both English and Japanese, at least two years of game localization experience, and professional experience in an entertainment field such as games, manga, or anime. Extensive knowledge or experience in game development and substantial LQA experience are listed as preferred qualifications. Holidays and leave include a two-day weekend with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, refresh leave, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, paid childcare-related nursing leave, and paid caregiving leave.

Compensation is described as negotiable, with monthly pay of ¥280,000 to ¥500,000 depending on experience and skills. Salary revisions are conducted twice a year based on personnel evaluation, and a performance-based year-end bonus may be provided.
