Construction Management Specialist

This role manages repair and modification work for privately operated wastewater treatment plants designed and constructed by the company. Working with sales representatives, the employee identifies customer issues and considers suitable construction methods. Responsibilities include preparing construction and budget plans, creating documents required before work begins, and acting as the site representative responsible for safety, quality and schedule management. Projects range from several days to several months, and the employee prepares completion reports after each project.

The position supports work across the Kanto area and involves customer-site travel. The employee can participate throughout the process, from customer discussions and project planning to construction management and completion. The role is intended for candidates who want to use construction management experience while developing customer proposal and project management skills.

One of the following is required: experience in maintenance or servicing in any industry, graduation from a designated field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or architecture, or sales experience. No specific years of experience or language level is stated.

The team includes experienced senior employees and younger staff. mid-career hires are present, prior experience is respected, and support is available after joining. Work is handled collaboratively rather than by individuals working alone.
