The employment type is permanent employment. Annual compensation is expected to be 5.9 million to 9 million yen, with monthly pay of 351,000 to 481,000 yen including allowances. A bonus is paid twice a year, in June and December. Commuting expenses are fully covered, and other allowances include special qualification, overtime and holiday work, separate-residence, meal, night work, project manager and site work allowances. Overtime is approximately 20 to 40 hours per month, and payment is made according to actual overtime worked.
Working hours are 8:30 to 17:20, including a 50-minute break and eight hours of actual work. Annual holidays total 125 days, including a five-day workweek on Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, summer leave, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company-calendar holidays. Saturday work may be required depending on the assigned site.
Work clothing is provided. Site meal support and a daily meal subsidy of 400 yen are available. Accommodation is prepared at construction sites, with support for returning home twice a month.
