Security Leader Candidate

As a member of the Digital Protection & Resilience Unit, this role drives both the security operations of the company's internal information infrastructure (centered on Microsoft 365) and company-wide information security governance. Because the company actively promotes environments where people and AI collaborate (Copilot, AI agents, automation workflows), the position goes beyond traditional security operations to implement "zero trust for the AI era" — access control, behavioral auditing, and guardrail design for AI agents. Detailed responsibilities include: operating and continuously improving endpoint, ID, and device security using Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint); defining and implementing security policies for AI agents, Copilot, and automation workflows (access control, data-flow monitoring, audit logging, lifecycle management); revising internal AI usage guidelines and advancing agent guardrails; drafting and operating information security policies, standards, and procedures; risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security incident detection, response, and prevention; building cyber-resilience infrastructure; supporting ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001), external audits, and SOC reports; and company-wide security education and awareness. Tools used include Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Power Platform, Purview, Copilot Studio), Jamf Pro, and FortiGate. The team is a small unit under the CIO (Director, Managers, Staff, and contractors) where members are given broad discretion. Employment is full-time (正社員). The office is in Azabudai Hills, Minato-ku, Tokyo, with a hybrid "Work From Anywhere" arrangement allowing telework, and a commuting allowance up to 150,000 yen/month.
