Office Construction Project Manager

This project manager will lead multiple office construction projects across the consulting, design, construction, and solution implementation stages. The role is responsible for integrating quality, cost, and delivery management, coordinating and negotiating with clients, design firms, construction companies, and internal departments, and organizing project issues with plans and actions to resolve them. The position also uses and improves standardized processes to raise project execution capability, quality consistency, and repeatability.

The work responds to client needs for comprehensive proposals covering not only space design but also work styles, organizational culture, and operations. Projects address office construction, relocation, and renovation from a Well-Being and work-style-reform perspective. The role is part of the Well Engineering Department within the Solution Engineering Headquarters, Well-Being Business Development Office, and Project Promotion Section.

Experience in design, construction management, or project management in offices or non-residential fields can be applied. Important capabilities include advancing projects with awareness of quality, cost, and delivery, and moving work forward while coordinating multiple stakeholders. The role also provides opportunities to develop expertise in Well-Being, WELL certification, and spatial solutions.

The position is based in Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, near Shimbashi Station. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a flextime system and a standard working time of 7 hours 45 minutes per day. Remote work is available, with attendance generally about three days per week depending on project progress. The position is full-time, with a three-month probationary period during which conditions do not change. Annual salary is estimated at 6.5 million to 7.5 million yen.
