Infrastructure Engineer

This infrastructure engineer will support generative AI products and enterprise AI implementation projects. Responsibilities include designing and building infrastructure for enterprise customers, designing and operating cloud environments centered on AWS, and promoting Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. The role also participates in technical discussions and requirements organization during project initiation and works with development teams on environment construction and improvement.

For the company’s AI products, responsibilities include designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure; improving system availability, performance, and security; improving and automating CI/CD environments; and strengthening observability through monitoring and log platforms. The engineer will also respond to incidents, analyze causes, implement measures to prevent recurrence, and work with development teams to improve development experience and productivity.

The role covers both customer implementation projects and internal products flexibly according to business conditions and project phases. The work addresses enterprise security policies and operational requirements, multiple cloud environments, on-premises deployment possibilities, service architecture, operational efficiency, and infrastructure for growing services.

The position is part of the PaaS Unit, which includes a business leader, development leader, product engineers, RAG backend engineers, machine learning engineers, a product manager, researcher, customer success member, business members, and new business planning members. The products support generative AI use by enterprise companies, particularly manufacturing research and development organizations.

The named development environment includes TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Docker, Terraform, AWS, and Azure. The work location is the company headquarters or another place where remote work can be performed. Full remote work is available, and residence is limited to Japan. Residents within the company’s commuting area may freely combine remote work and office work; residents elsewhere in Japan may voluntarily visit the headquarters once per month.
