About this role
Tailor develops the AI-native headless ERP platform Tailor Platform. The AI Engineer in its Global Engineering department uses AI technology, including ChatGPT, to develop automation for the platform, and builds custom AI models and builds them into the product.
Duties are designing and implementing automation solutions with ChatGPT and other AI technology, developing custom AI models for the company's products, training, evaluating and optimising the models, and finding creative and effective solutions to technical problems. The environment includes Cloud Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, Okta, Datadog, Docker, Terraform, Cloud logging, TypeScript, Go, CUE and Next.js.
Applicants need deep knowledge and practical experience of AI technology, especially natural language processing, programming skill for machine learning and deep learning (for example Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experience of teamwork and project management. Experience with ChatGPT and related OpenAI technology, a record of developing and implementing custom AI models, work on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and business English are preferred.
