About this role
Tailor develops an AI-native, headless ERP platform and delivers customer projects on it. The AI Engineer designs and builds AI-based tools that improve internal operations and engineering productivity.
The work covers designing, building and rolling out AI-assisted development tools; evaluating and setting up tools such as Devin and GitHub Copilot Workspace; researching, assessing and implementing current LLM techniques; building an environment in which in-house engineers can use AI tools easily; and integrating AI tools through APIs and cloud services.
