Office attendance and remote work are encouraged in combination; the stated residence guideline is within Tokyo and three neighboring prefectures or within 90 minutes one way by ordinary train. The work system is discretionary, with 10:00–19:00 as the basic schedule. Start and end times are left to the worker, a one-hour break is provided when working more than six hours, deemed hours are set by a labor-management agreement, and work beyond scheduled hours may occur. Holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with 125 annual holidays, three summer leave days usable through December, three Welcome leave days usable during probation, and year-end and New Year leave that varies by fiscal year.
