Corporate Engineering Manager

Ubie is a health-tech company with a consumer symptom search engine, software for medical institutions and data-use support for pharmaceutical firms. The Corporate Engineering Manager leads the Corporate Engineering Team in the Accelerator division, which designs and runs the company's internal IT as a productivity platform for all staff, using AI, cloud and data.

The manager sets and carries out company-wide IT strategy: designing an enterprise architecture built on generative AI and cloud-native technology, planning an IT roadmap aligned with business strategy and managing project portfolios, advancing IT governance, risk management and information security, and leading IT investment and cost decisions. The manager also builds an IT centre of excellence that raises IT and AI literacy, designs internal GPT and AI-agent automation, and builds a team with mixed engineering, IT operations and AI skills. IT service management follows ITIL-style standardisation and automation, with AI used for first-line support and triage, zero-trust identity and access governance, network and device operations, and vendor management.
