It also includes infrastructure management, maintenance, operational support, and support for data users. For long-term development efficiency, the engineer improves working and operational practices using infrastructure as code and DevOps. The role further involves working with internal and external data analysts and marketers to enable data analysis and marketing initiatives, building and operating solutions for medical digital transformation, and developing and operating infrastructure for AI use.

Well Compass collects and integrates customer data and medical data, including personal health records, from the Resort Trust Group. The resulting platform supports data collection and use in medical services as well as the group’s hotel, golf, and other resort businesses. It is also used for medical DX solutions, research support including work with Keio University, AI applications, and marketing automation.
