LegalOn Technologies, a legal-AI company that moved to a business-unit structure in 2025, in which AI engineers belong directly to each unit under its leader, is hiring an Engineering Leader for the AI area to strengthen people and organisation management across units for its domestic new businesses. The leader builds close ties with each business-unit leader and takes charge of AI hiring, coaching, team design and the development and evaluation of engineers, and may also join a unit hands-on or work on strategy and technical research.
