Senior Full-Stack Engineer

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will develop and operate systems integrated with AI technology for DX and AI-focused projects. Responsibilities include working with data scientists and the sales team to execute projects, carrying out full-stack engineering with senior system engineers, and providing suitable solutions based on understanding of frontend, backend, cloud and AI technologies.

The role also includes system design and development for projects requiring low-code development, as well as building infrastructure environments for new projects. The engineer will work with a newly established system engineering team that collaborates with internal and external departments to help transform client businesses through digital technology.

Applicants must have at least three years of web application development experience using Python, Go or Node.js, along with knowledge and experience designing, operating and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases. The ability to work in Japanese is required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure; experience managing and automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible or Puppet; and participation in Kaggle or similar data-science competitions.

The position calls for broad knowledge of programming languages, databases and operating systems, willingness to continue learning new technologies and tools, teamwork, presentation skills, and the ability to respond appropriately when problems occur. The role emphasizes responsibility for work quality, reliable systems and trust with team members and clients.

This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probationary period from the start date, with no change to salary or待遇 during probation. Annual compensation is ¥7,000,000–¥14,000,000, determined based on experience, ability and previous salary, and includes expected overtime pay for 30 hours per month, or 20 hours depending on the position. Salary is reviewed twice a year. The work location is in Chuo, Tokyo. The company offers flextime from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core hours and eight scheduled working hours per day. Remote work is available.
