The role is part of an AI solutions business covering DX and AI talent-development products, DX and AI consulting services, AI product development, and AI strategy support. Work involves collaboration with consultants, data scientists, engineers and project managers to support leading Japanese companies.

This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probationary period and no change to pay or treatment during probation. Annual compensation is determined based on experience, ability and previous salary and includes an assumed 30 hours per month of fixed overtime; salary revision takes place twice yearly. Working arrangements use a super-flex system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core hours, eight prescribed hours per day, or may use a discretionary work system or management-supervisory classification.
