About this role

This Product Manager role focuses on launching one or more new products for Loglass, a cloud management system serving corporate management and budget-versus-actual management needs. The role emphasizes product discovery: gathering primary information, identifying and structuring fundamental customer problems, forming hypotheses, and validating value in undefined business areas.

The successful candidate will work with customers to understand their operations, develop and test hypotheses through MVPs and prototypes, and shape product direction. Validation may use Figma, no-code tools, or alpha-version development. Responsibilities include setting and executing initial KGI and KPI plans, creating and following product roadmaps, designing the go-to-market approach including sales strategy and onboarding support, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. These stakeholders include development, business, executive, design, and engineering members.

After joining, the person will be assigned responsibility for at least one product launch as a new-business Product Manager, depending on skills and experience. The expected scope runs from strategy design for a concept-stage theme through MVP development and initial market rollout, in coordination with the business side.

Required qualifications include practical experience launching products in highly uncertain situations or using an exploratory approach; the ability to identify problems and define value through user research; experience leading a team from hypothesis validation through implementation and rollout; and the ability to learn independently and use the available environment to move work forward. Desired experience includes launching new products in B2B SaaS, understanding corporate management, accounting, or finance operations, understanding system architecture and discussing specifications with development teams, and designing KPI or NSM frameworks and running improvement cycles.

The role is based at the company headquarters in Minato, Tokyo, with work-from-home available. Working hours are 10:00–19:00 with a one-hour break, and a flextime system operates with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00. The position is full-time with a three-month probationary period, extendable to six months. Annual compensation is JPY 8,000,000–20,000,000, with the final amount determined according to experience and skills. Salary reviews occur twice a year, in April and October, under company regulations.

Holidays include a five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period from December 28 through January 3. Leave includes 10 days of annual paid leave granted at joining, bereavement leave, leave for caring for a child, nursing-care leave, and menstrual leave. Benefits include company-leased housing, subsidies for computer-related equipment, and a corporate defined-contribution pension plan. Insurance coverage includes health, employees’ pension, employment, and workers’ compensation insurance. Duties may be changed to company-designated duties, and the work location may be changed to a company-designated location, including a location from which remote work is performed.
