Experience as a project manager, client negotiations, consulting on management issues, AI or data science proposals, and advanced knowledge of statistics or data science are welcomed. Experience using Python or similar data-analysis tools, cloud fundamentals such as AWS or Azure, AutoML tools, BI tools, and relevant certifications such as G検定, E資格, or data scientist certifications are also welcomed.

The consultant works with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and project managers in integrated teams. Projects vary according to client issues and needs and may involve different domains. The surrounding business provides AI software, AI and DX organization and talent development, and AI strategy support.

This is a full-time regular position in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The annual salary is JPY 8,000,000 to JPY 20,000,000, determined based on experience, ability, and previous compensation. The package includes expected overtime pay for 30 hours per month, and salary reviews are conducted twice a year. A six-month probationary period applies from the start date with no change to salary or treatment. Working hours follow a super-flex system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core time, with eight scheduled hours per day, or may use a discretionary labor system. Remote work is available.
