As a Management/Core System Engineer you develop CyberAgent's core systems and internal-work efficiency: sales/purchasing/accounting-management systems, tax-calculation/filing systems, contract-review and credit-screening systems, HR/payroll systems, and back-office systems for new businesses and subsidiaries — also reworking business flows and embedding generative AI for efficiency. Team of ~40 (20 business + 20 dev). Tech: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Java/Python, MySQL, Asteria (ETL), kintone, Git, Tableau, generative-AI tools. Full-time; Tokyo.
